It doesn't require any of the expansion packs to work. This mod removes the simcensorfx effect that pixelates nudity in the game. It's also useful if you don't have the latest patch version and can't find a No Mosaic for your version. If you'd like to remove other effects in addition to the mosaic, I have now released a tool to create your own no effects mod. Patch 1.67 didn't modify the resource, so the 1.63 package still works.
